Tiffany & Stained Glass

The Tiffany and stained glass windows are a blessing at Grace Church. Constructed in 1892 by British-American architect Robert Gibson, Grace Church is a well-preserved example of Gothic Revival architecture. Among the beautiful windows are Prophets and Saints and some of the most favorite stories from the life of Christ.

The church transepts contain two beautiful four-paneled Tiffany windows.

The Window of Shadows (South Transept) depicts the sorrow of Good Friday.

The Resurrection Window (North Transept) depicts the joy of Easter.

The Reredos Window behind the main altar depicts The Lamb of God surrounded by the symbols of the four Gospels, and angels and four archangels: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Uriel. Beneath the angelic choir are the saints of God including both the Old and New Testaments.
